In this role, Warren will lead our expansion efforts in and around Birmingham while also recruiting new talent for our Corporate Banking Group. “We are excited to continue our strategic expansion in the state with someone who is very well respected in the area and has such a strong network,” commented Mike Washburn, President of Corporate Banking. “I have known Warren for many years through the banking industry. His past roles include serving as Commercial Banking Group Manager for PNC Bank; Commercial Banking Market Leader for PNC Bank; Principal Business Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo Bank N.A.; and Relationship Manager, Commercial and Industrial Banking for Synovus. Warren is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration.
