Fly Your Rainbow Pride Flag and Shop These LGBTQ Brand Allies

Jump To:

The entire month of June is the most colorful, glitter-infused, rainbow-filled time of the year — thanks wholeheartedly to the celebration of gay, nonbinary, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer pride. No matter how you choose to identify, everyone can get in on the celebration and support the LGBTQ community.

Over the last few decades, brands have made it their mission to support LGBTQ communities by doing so much more than splashing rainbows, glitter and bling on their bestselling merchandise. Major brands are donating to LGBTQ causes, charities and groups that are in need of financial support to continue providing shelter to unhoused youths, education for mental health professionals, or a safe space for those who need it most.

You can also shop the new pride gear from the Human Rights Campaign and learn more about how you can receive LGBTQ support or how you can become an LGBTQ ally. We’ve also sprinkled in the favorites from our RetailMeNot PRISM ERG group, along with the reasons they choose to shop and support these businesses. Plus, they share tips for supporting your favorites, too.

So, dust off your party clothes and grab your rainbow tutu to shop these brands that are celebrating Pride Month with cool gear — and that are massive supporters of the LGBTQ community all year.

Keep checking back for updates because we’ll continue including new brands throughout June.

When Is Pride Month?

Celebrating inclusivity and equality is a year-round thing, but June is officially designated as Pride Month. Why in June? The very first Pride march happened on June 28, 1970, to coincide with the one-year anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising, the catalyst for the modern LGBTQ movement. So, pride observances just sort of stumbled into June, and it’s stuck ever since.
