U.S. Chamber of Commerce endorses Dale Strong

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has endorsed Dale Strong for Congress in Alabama’s 5th Congressional District. The district includes Madison, Morgan, Limestone, and Jackson Counties, as well as central and eastern Lauderdale County.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the world’s largest business organization representing companies of all sizes across every sector of the economy. Their members range from the small businesses and local chambers of commerce to leading industry associations and global corporations. The U.S. Chamber advocates for greater opportunities, better jobs, and a pro-business environment, while affiliated chambers support local businesses and help communities across the country thrive.

“The U.S. Chamber is proud to endorse Dale Strong for Congress. Dale is a proven leader who has brought jobs and companies to North Alabama including Toyota/Mazda, Blue Origin, Polaris, and Space Command,” said Moore Hallmark, vice president of regional affairs and advocacy for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. “In Congress, Dale will lead the charge to fight for pro-business policies and against record inflation that hurts American businesses. He is a proven common-sense conservative that will work every day to improve his community and our nation.”

“It is an honor to receive the U.S. Chamber’s endorsement,” said Dale Strong. “We are seeing firsthand that record level inflation and the supply chain crisis are making it harder to feed our families. I have worked closely with chambers of commerce across our area because we cannot be successful unless we work together as a region. In Congress, I want to be part of that team in Washington and part of a new Conservative majority that will stop harmful policies and enact meaningful change.”

The Republican primary runoff election is Tuesday, June 21.
