How Does Old Navy Super Cash Work?
During Old Navy Super Cash periods every $25 spent will earn you a $10 Super Cash reward. Old Navy is VERY consistent about this, so don’t hold out waiting for better offers.
You will only receive one coupon per transaction. In-store shopping will give you paper coupons, online shopping will earn you digital coupons sent via email within 24 hours of your purchase. Super Cash can be used interchangeably online or in store regardless of how you initially earned them and you have the option to save coupons to your mobile phone. Old Navy Super cash cannot be combined with other coupons, and cannot be used to purchase online everyday steals.

How to Earn Old Navy Super Cash
Old Navy Super Cash can only be earned when you shop during their Old Navy Super Cash periods. These earn periods usually last up to four weeks and are offered multiple times per year. In store there are regular earn periods and double earn events. Online shopping will earn you Super Cash as well.
In-Store Regular Earn Period
When you shop in a store during a regular earn period you can earn up to $30 Super Cash. The amount earned depends on the amount you spend. If your purchases are between $25 and $49.99 you will earn $10 Super Cash. Spend a little more, between $50 and $74.99 and you earn $20 Super Cash. If you make a larger purchase of $75 or more you will earn $30 Super Cash. The maximum earned per transaction will be $30 Super Cash.
In-Store Double Earn Period
Brownie points for savings if you shop in a store during a double earn period. True to the name, you will literally double the amount you can earn. The amount earned depends on the amount you spend. If your purchases are between $25 and $49.99 you will earn $20 Super Cash. Spend a little more, between $50 and $74.99 and you earn $40 Super Cash. If you make a larger purchase of $75 or more you will earn $60 Super Cash. The maximum earned per transaction will be $60 Super Cash.
Online Earn Period
Shopping online during Old Navy’s Super Cash earn periods will also get you Super Cash, but follows a slightly different spend/earn reward ratio. If you spend between $2 and $49.99 online, you will earn $10 Super Cash. Shoppers that spend between $50 and $74.99 will earn $20 Super Cash, $75 and $99.99 will get you $30 Super Cash. To earn $40 Super Cash, spend $100 and 124.99 and the maximum earned will be for shoppers that spend over $125 online, they’ll get $50 Super Cash. The maximum possible to earn online is $50 Super Cash.
Can You Earn Old Navy Super Cash on Gift Cards?
No. While it might seem like a clever loophole, you cannot buy Old Navy gift cards and earn Super Cash on them. You’ll need to buy merchandise.
How to Redeem Old Navy Super Cash
You can use your Super Cash during spending periods, which typically immediately follow earning periods. Unfortunately Super Cash expires, so you want to be sure to take advantage and spend them when you can.
Just like there are spending parameters for earning, there are spending rules for redeeming your Super Cash. If you spend between $25 and $49.99 you can redeem a $10 Super Cash coupon. Spend between $50 and $74.99 to use $20 Super Cash, $75 and $99.99 to use $30 Super Cash, $100 and $124.99 to use $40 Super Cash, $125 and $149.99 to use $50. Finally, if you spend $150 or more you can max out your Super Cash at $60 off. The maximum discount possible per transaction is $60 off.
How Often Does Old Navy Do Super Cash Promos?
The answer is … pretty much constantly. You’ll generally find Old Navy Super Cash earning periods that run for six straight weeks, encompassing an entire month and then the front half of the next. Then, during the final week or so of the month that the earning period ends, you get to spend that Super Cash. Check Old Navy’s site for exact timing, so you don’t miss out.
Do I Have to Spend Money to Use Old Navy Super Cash?
Yes. To make your transaction eligible for Old Navy Super Cash, you have to spend at least $25. The more you spend, the more Super Cash you can use against the purchase. See the chart above.

What Happens With Old Navy Super Cash When You Make a Return?
Super Cash has no cash value, so when you make a return, you will get back only the money you spent, not any of the value of your Super Cash. In addition, you will not get back the Super Cash reward coupon.
Is Old Navy Super Cash Different From Navyist Rewards?
Old Navy Super Cash is different from Navyist rewards. The Navyist rewards program is available to members who join and create an account. As a Navyist member you will earn one point for every $1 spent at the Gap family of brands. Every 100 points = $1 reward redeemable across all Gap brands with no merchandise restrictions. If you happen to be a Navyist rewards member and a Gap Inc. credit card holder, you get even more benefits and rewards.
Super Cash is a rewards program you can use without being a member, and can only be earned and redeemed at Old Navy during specific periods of the year.
**Navyist Rewards members can convert unused Old Navy Super Cash to points. You have 30 days from the last day to redeem Super Cash to convert Super Cash to points. For each dollar of Super Cash you have, you will receive one point.
