Ohio State football lands commitment from fast rising cornerback Jermaine Mathews

The Buckeyes have been on a recruiting tear as of late and on Friday Ohio State picked up the pledge from cornerback Jermaine Mathews, an in-state star that may go down as one of the biggest steals in the class.

It is well-documented that he did not have an offer going into his Ohio State camp day and made sure that the coaches would not let him leave the WHAC without extending an offer.

And as they say, the rest is history.
