We meet up with Alabama Black Belt Adventures founder, Thomas Harris at his personal property, Gusto Plantation. After discussion of how he transformed Gusto, we join the field with Ellis Terry and the Merritt Boys hunting coveys of quail. Ellis is the founder of Soul Grown, a social media page that’s dedicated to promoting the culture of Alabama, and he serves on the board of Alabama Black Belt Adventures. The Merritt Boys, AKA the Lowndes County Assassins, spend a lot of their time controlling predators for property owners across Lowndes County. We are also joined by the director of ABBA, Pam Swanner, and she discusses the impact and the opportunities the Alabama Black Belt Adventures organization provides.
