Montgomery police are investigating a shooting that happened on Carmichael Road.
Police say at about 2 p.m., they were called to the 5100 block of Carmichael Road. That is just inside the bypass.
Investigators say they found a man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital for treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Police have released no other information.
