A newly released poll by the Alabama Daily News puts Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey with a big lead over her Republican opponents.
Her lead in the polls is so big she has the potential to avoid facing a runoff after the June 5 primary.
According to the survey, 47 percent of potential GOP primary voters said they’d choose Ivey if the election were held today.
