A man has been arrested in south Alabama after barricading himself in a home and shooting at a group of bounty hunters that he believed were police, according to officials.
The man, whose identity hasn’t been released yet, was inside of a home on Clearview Drive on the outskirts of Mobile on Tuesday morning when the incident occurred.

According to police, two bounty hunters were looking for a person in the area when a woman came out of a home and started yelling for help.
She eventually ran back inside of the home. Shortly after, a man came out and began to fire at the bounty hunters, who he believed were police.
The man later barricaded himself in the home after the bounty hunters returned fire.
He later came outside after being convinced by the Mobile Police Department SWAT Team to do so.
The Mobile Police Department is still investigating the case.
