The Huntsville Police Department is investigating a Sunday morning shooting involving a 4-year-old child.
The shooting happened around 9:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Seminole Drive.
One juvenile victim was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, said Sgt. Rosalind White, police spokesperson.
Huntsville Police told WAAY 31 just before 3 p.m. Sunday the child passed away.
The investigation is ongoing at this time.
