Disney on Ice will make a stop in Alabama this fall, according to the BJCC.
The venue announced the popular tour will come to Legacy Arena in Birmingham Oct. 20-23, which the Disney on Ice website confirms.
Tickets go on sale Tuesday, July 19 at 10 a.m. All guests age 2 and older are required to have a ticket. You can purchase via Ticketmaster.
Showtimes are 7 p.m. Oct. 20 and 21; 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Oct. 22; and 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Oct. 23. Learn more about presale, which begins July 12 at 10 a.m.

“It’s time for magic!” the Disney on Ice website says about the “Let’s Celebrate” show, with the following description: “Grab your Mickey ears and get ready for non-stop fun when 50 of your favorite Disney friends come to life through world-class ice skating.”
Characters will include Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy, plus all the classic Disney princesses like Cinderella, Rapunzel, Ariel, Snow White and Tiana. Characters from the popular Disney film “Frozen” will be there, as well as Pixar favorites like Buzz Lightyear and Dory.
“Sing along with Olaf as he dreams of summer and dance with Aladdin as he stays ‘one jump ahead,’” the Disney on Ice YouTube page says about the “Let’s Celebrate” show. “Share Forky’s wonder as he learns what it means to be a toy and forget your worries with Timon and Pumbaa.”

According to the Disney on Ice website, shows vary in length, but they average between 1.5 to two hours. This includes a 15-20 minute intermission.
Disney on Ice is put on by Feld Entertainment, described as “the worldwide leader in producing and presenting live touring family entertainment experiences that lift the human spirit and create indelible memories, with 30 million people in attendance at its shows each year.”
