The SWAC was able to get their 5th win in 16 tries in the MEAC/SWAC Challenge thanks to Coach Eddie Robinson Jr. and the Alabama State Hornets.
Bama State came away with a 23-13 win over the Howard Bison in Atlanta even though the weather did not cooperate.
One of the most impressive things from this game was the play of Hornet’s freshman QB Dee Davis.
I speak about how special I believe Davis can be throughout his college career.
