WATCH: Tennessee locker room trolls entire state of Alabama following win over Crimson Tide

Tennessee is on top of the world right now, breaking through 15 years of frustration on Saturday. The Volunteers were able to take down No. 3 Alabama and finally celebrate with a postgame cigar. Not only was it a relief for the fans in Neyland Stadium but players as well.

During the postgame celebration in the locker room, Tennessee players and the staff decided to have some fun with a song. Alabama is famous for making their feelings known about the Vols with Dixieland Delight. Now, it was time to get back on the Crimson Tide.

“We don’t give a damn about the whole state of Alabama,” the Vols sang.

Cigar smoke was flying in the locker room after a great win under head coach Josh Heupel. In what might end up being the game of the season in college football, Tennessee now controls its own path in the SEC East for a spot in the conference championship game.

As mentioned, 15 years of demons were lifted. The Volunteers have lost some heartbreakers on the Third Saturday of October, they have also gotten blown out. This one will not be forgotten for some time in Knoxville. A locker room celebration fit for the occasion.

Outsider, Grant Frerking provides Tennessee postgame cigars

Tennessee football watched as Alabama celebrated with victory cigars for the past 15 seasons. But after notching a 52-49 victory against the Crimson Tide on Saturday — their first since 2006 — the Volunteers finally got their chance to partake in the tradition.

It was revealed postgame that walk-on receiver Grant Frerking, who works for On3, provided the cigars for his teammates. The cigars are from Outsider, a media and lifestyle company that celebrates American culture through the entertainment, sports, and news.

@outsider @AndyJohnsonD17 and @On3sports @GrantFrerking supplied the Vols with their victory cigars,” Shannon Terry, founder of both Outsider and On3 tweeted. “Coach Heupel is now on his 2nd and 125 players are lighting up.”

Volunteers head coach Josh Heupel said postgame he was a fan of the cigars, according to Sports Illustrated Ross Dellenger.

“I smoked it slow but it was dang good, man,” Heupel said.

Terry also added that Vols fans can order the very same cigars through Outsider’s website. Those interested can click here to purchase a box of 10 cigars.
