This opportunity is available to anyone along the Coast from experts to rookies. The schedule for skating dates and times can be found online at mscoastcoliseum.com.
Tickets for skating can only be purchased on site at the box office at the north arena entrance.
For those who have never laced up the skates before, the coliseum offers skating aid items to help keep you on your feet. Skate room employee Donna Donoho said, “Everyone that works on the ice loves it. When I first started here, three years ago, I moved in to what was a family on the ice. They look forward to it year after year. People come from Louisiana and Alabama as well in upper Mississippi just to come skate with us.”
Admission for skating is $13 per person for all ages.
