Here are the top three stories in Mountain Brook today:

First approved by the State Legislature in 2012, Alabama’s entertainment districts that allow for outdoor drinking are considered by both Democratic and Republican officials to be one of the most successful bipartisan initiatives in the past decade. Mountain Brook has several districts of its own and last year Birmingham was allowed to increase its amount from five to up to 15. (AL.com)
