Unprecedented social media coverage since the Buffaloes reconvened for the spring semester has given Colorado fans a closer look at the team’s winter strength and conditioning work. And now, excitement is building for the Buffs’ first set of spring practices under Deion Sanders.
General admission tickets went on sale for the Black & Gold Day event on April 22, which will be centered around the annual spring game at 1 pm. Coach Prime has rejuvenated the Colorado fan base, allowing the Buffs to charge $10 per ticket. Students will be allowed to attend free of charge but will need to claim their tickets, similar to the process for men’s basketball games.
Spring practices begin for the Buffaloes on March 19. Until then, first-year director of football sports performance Maurice Sims will continue to take the lead, assisted by his staff of Tersoo Uhaa, Stephen Houston, Branton Reyes and Rendrick Taylor.
