How To Complete The Very Magical Minnie Quest In Dreamlight Valley

As with a few others, Minnie has received a new quest in the latest Disney Dreamlight Valley update. She needs help uncovering what happened to her while she was stuck in the Here and There, so she can prevent it from happening to the other characters in the Village.

To start this quest, a book must be discovered. Similar to finding the socks to unlock Stitch in Dreamlight Valley, the Borrowed Spellbook is in a random location in the Plaza and must be picked up to unlock the quest. After it is picked up, a prompt will appear stating that Minnie’s quest is now available.

How To Start The Very Magical Minnie Quest

After finding the book that lets you know Minnie’s quest was unlocked, go and speak to her. She will tell you that she borrowed some books from Merlin to learn more about the Here and There, so she can protect other villagers from it. After that, she will instruct you to go and speak with Merlin, who will say that the best way to approach this situation is to use the most powerful magic there is. This will first require talking with Anna, Elsa, and Moana about what they like best about Minnie. Then, go and find each of these villagers and listen closely as they give you their answer about Minnie. The other part of Merlin’s task will also require collecting six Dream Shards in Dreamlight Valley.

Dream Shards are one of the rarer items in Disney Dreamlight Valley with a lot of uses. The only method of acquiring them is simply through digging sparkling areas in the ground or clearing night thorns, although neither of these methods guarantees Dream Shards every time. After all the conversations and the Dream Shards have been collected, report back to Merlin. Unfortunately, Merlin will let you know the Dream Shards have nothing to do with Minnie, and he had you collect them for some other task he is working on. However, now you can return to Minnie to complete the quest.

Speak With Minnie To Complete The Quest

After talking with Merlin, assure Minnie that the love the others have for her will keep her protected, so she doesn’t need to be afraid. Also, let her know that as long as the Villagers continue to care for each other the way they do, nobody else will end up in the Here and There either. Minnie will be relieved to hear the news and apologize for the amount of clay she asked you to gather during the quest to build the Rustic Clock Tower. To make up for that, she will reward 50 Clay that can be used to craft anything you would like. She will also give 500 Star Coins as a thank you from Scrooge for building the Rustic Clock Tower. The Very Magical Minnie quest is complete, and villagers of Disney Dreamlight Valley will continue to be safe from the Here and There.
