On “EWTN News Nightly” tonight: With the US Supreme Court intervening in how the abortion drug, mifepristone, is used and dispensed, pro-life advocates and the Biden administration voiced their opinions on the matter. Lawmakers on Capitol Hill say its the most significant abortion-related dispute since Roe v Wade was overturned last summer. The justices are considering a lower court ruling that would place restrictions on access to the abortion drug. Founder and President of the Article Three Project and former law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch, Mike Davis, joins to share what he made of the decision by Justice Alito to extend the lower court’s ruling on mifepristone in order to better examine the issue and what we should expect to happen next with the abortion pill. Meanwhile, after resigning from the Vatican Commission for the Protection of Minors, today Fr. Hans Zollner explained his reasons. EWTN News Vatican Correspondent, Colm Flynn, joins to tell us more about the press conference and what caused Fr. Zollner’s departure.
