H&M’s in-store pickup isn’t a buy online and pick up in-store option. With this shipping option, you select delivery to an H&M store and then you go to the store and pick it up. But it’s free for Loyalty members and everyone else for orders over $40.

From time to time, H&M offers extra savings on gift card purchases. Know the H&M Return Policy
Shoppers have 30 days to exchange or return merchandise for a full refund with a receipt. After 30 days, you can only exchange the item at the current selling price. And H&M says on its website that, “Special collections and designer collaborations may be subject to a return policy that may differ from our standard return policy.”
H&M lets you return merchandise online and in stores, but you can exchange items only in stores. H&M HOME merchandise purchased online must be returned by mail.
Outside any special promotions H&M offers, there are two ways to get free returns. The first is to take your unwanted merchandise to a nearby H&M store. The second is joining the H&M Loyalty Program because you’ll always receive free returns.
Over the holidays, usually right before Thanksgiving in November through Dec. 24, the H&M return policy usually extends to Jan. 31 of the following month.
Note: Undergarments are a Final Sale; swimwear must have its hygienic seal intact; and beauty products must be unopened for a refund or exchange.
How to Make H&M In-store Returns
Take your return, along with a receipt to a nearby H&M store for a full refund within 30 days from purchase. Without a receipt, you’ll receive an in-store exchange at the current selling price.
How to Make H&M Returns by Mail
To return your purchase via USPS, use the pre-paid return label included with your online order or print one out. The $5.99 shipping fee is deducted from your refund if you aren’t a loyalty member.
