Team Europe are in prime position to end a run of six consecutive Junior Ryder Cup defeats, with live coverage of the final day available via Sky Sports’ free live stream.

Europe take a six-point lead into the final day at Marco Simone Golf and Country Club after a dominant fourballs session on Wednesday afternoon, where Stephen Gallacher’s side won all six matches to move 12-6 ahead over Team USA.

The hosts made the perfect start to the fourballs when Spaniard Rocio Tejedo and Scotland’s Connor Graham overcame American twins Anna and Billy Davis 3&2 in the first match, before Sweden’s Meja Örtengren and Englishman Kris Kim also defeated Yana Wilson and Miles Russell 3&2.

Europe extended their lead with German duo Helen Briem and Peer Wernicke securing a 2&1 triumph over Leigh Chien and Nicholas Gross, followed by Italians Francesca Fiorellini and Giovanni Binaghi’s impressive 4&3 victory against Kylie Chong and Jay Leng Jr.

Team Europe continued to dominate as Spain’s Andrea Revuelta and Ukrainian Lev Grinberg overcame Ryleigh Knaub and Jackson Byrd 1 UP before Sweden’s Nora Sundberg and Ireland’s Sean Keeling defeated Gianna Clemente and Will Hartman 3&1 to make it six from six and extend their lead.

Coverage of the Junior Ryder Cup begins on Thursday at 9.30am on Sky Sports Golf and Sky Sports Main Event, while the Sky Sports App will allow you to watch for free – even if you’re not a Sky Sports customer.
