The Montgomery’s Riverfront Park Brawl appears to have started after a group of people docked their pontoon boat in a space reserved for the city’s riverboat, the Harriott II. The people in possession of the pontoon boat were given 45 mins of announcements prior to the co-captain of the Harriott II took it upon himself to move the pontoon boat from the reserved space, in order for the riverboat to park.
