While it has been some time since new Superman: Legacy updates emerged, production is getting ready to start in the next two months. However, Gunn recently shared more on Threads about the audition process for Superman: Legacy, which also involved actors wearing old Superman costumes.
When Jeff Swope asked Gunn if Corenswet did “a wardrobe test in a different Superman costume” similar to Henry Cavill’s Man of Steel audition, Gunn confirmed that every actor who screen tested for the role wore a previous suit. However, Gunn shared how Corenswet faced an unexpected challenge when it came to this Superman suit, as he “had a hard time fitting as he’s so tall.”
