In this episode, we take you to explore Alabama with us — RV camping at Wind Creek State Park in Alexander City, Alabama. Nestled among 44,000 acres of lake and 800 miles of wooded shoreline of LAKE MARTIN, is a popular campground called Wind Creek State Park. If you like fishing, boating, zip-lining, kayaking, etc… this is where you want to campout as you explore the many parts of Lake Martin to your heart content. However, don’t assume everything is in operation all seasons. This was our experience, the result of not planning ahead (or should we say, not calling the recreation center office ahead of time to find out about certain activities we were interested in doing). Nevertheless, we had so much fun, just being together, in this beautiful campground.
