- American Creek Resources (AM:CA) proposes to undertake a non-brokered private placement of up to 6M units at a purchase price of $0.13/Unit to raise total gross proceeds of up to $0.78M.
- Each Unit will be comprised of one common share and one-half (½) of one common share purchase warrant.
- Each whole warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.15 for a period of 2 years from the closing date.
- The gross proceeds received from the sale of the Units may be used for exploration work on the Co.’s Austruck-Bonanza property, for general working capital, and to increase market awareness of the Company’s Treaty Creek project.
