Samsung launched the 5G-capable Galaxy M14 back in March of last year, and now, almost exactly one year later, the company is preparing the Galaxy M14 4G for a launch in India.
The M14 4G has been listed by Amazon India, but now the listing is gone, which makes us think it was put up by accident. Still, this implies the launch is imminent, and helpfully gives us all of the possible details about the phone.
Let’s start with price. The M14 4G will be INR 8,499 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, while the version with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage will go for INR 11,499. Both of those amounts are exactly INR 1,000 less than what was rumored last week. The phone will be available in Arctic Blue and Sapphire Blue.
It is launching with Android 13 on board, which is unfortunate considering the fact that it’s only going to get two major Android updates, which means it won’t make it any further than Android 15. On the other hand, it will receive four years of security patches.

The Galaxy M14 4G comes with a 6.7-inch FHD+ PLS LCD screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC at the helm, a triple rear camera setup (50 MP main plus two 2 MP decorative sensors), a 13 MP selfie camera inside the waterdrop notch, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button, and a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging. The phone measures 168 x 78 x 9 mm and weighs 194g.
