$50 million Grandview Medical Center Physicians Plaza II completed

Construction is complete on a $50 million physicians office building on the Grandview Medical Center campus.

Work began two years ago on Grandview Physicians Plaza II, a five-story, 143,500-square-foot Class-A medical office and ambulatory facility on the main medical campus for Grandview Medical Center. The building is connected to Grandview Physicians Plaza I through an enclosed, elevated pedestrian bridge, with direct, indoor access to the hospital.

Daniel Corp. and investment manager Seavest Healthcare Properties are owners and developers of the property.

Grandview Medical Center has signed a long-term lease to be the anchor tenant for a significant portion of the building for physician offices and hospital services. The remaining two floors of Class-A space are being marketed for lease.

“Daniel Corp. is delighted to reach this construction milestone at Grandview Physicians Plaza II,” Daniel CEO Pat Henry said. “Grandview Physicians Plaza II will provide doctors with the finest medical office space available in the City.”

John Winer, Senior Managing Director & CIO of Seavest Healthcare Properties, said the company enjoyed “working with the Daniel team, and look forward to continuing our partnership.”

Daniel, along with Seavest, developed Grandview Physicians Plaza I in 2015, an eight-story, 207,588 square foot POB located between Grandview Medical Center and Grandview Physicians Plaza II. Grandview Physicians Plaza I is 99 percent leased, according to Daniel Corp.
