The Ulta Beauty at Target in-store stock is limited on the brands normally carried in Ulta stores, but a majority of heavy hitters like Too Faced, Tarte Cosmetics, Tula and Bare Minerals are available.
The other noticeable difference is that you can’t redeem the $3.50 coupon for Ulta Beauty at Target purchases, in-store or online. While it’s definitely a bummer, it doesn’t mean you won’t be able to save.
