Infinix has been teasing the Hot 20 5G series in India for the past few days, and today, the company announced the Hot 20 5G series will launch in India on December 1. It will be sold online exclusively through Flipkart.
The Hot 20 lineup consists of five smartphones – Hot 20, Hot 20 5G, Hot 20i, Hot 20 Play, and Hot 20S. Since Infinix is using the word “series” in its promo campaign, it’s safe to say the company will launch multiple 5G smartphones in India on December 1. One is the Hot 20 5G you can see in the video below in three colors, but we don’t know about the other smartphone since the Hot 20 5G is the only 5G smartphone in the Hot 20 lineup right now. Perhaps the company will unveil an entirely new 5G smartphone? We’ll have to wait for more information to be sure.

Circling back to the Infinix Hot 20 5G, the smartphone was unveiled last month with the Dimensity 810 SoC and a 6.58″ FullHD+ 120Hz LCD. It runs Android 12-based XOS 10.6 out of the box and has two memory options – 4GB/64GB and 4GB/128GB. It also has a dedicated microSD card slot storage expansion up to 1TB.
The Infinix Hot 20 5G sports a 50MP primary camera on the rear, joined by a QVGA unit, and on the front is an 8MP camera for selfies and video calls. The Hot 20 5G packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W charging support. The smartphone also supports 5W reverse wired charging.

The rest of the Infinix Hot 20 5G’s highlights include USB-C, a 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
