Another place to get 2 Fresh Milk for 12 Rupees is through the Traveling Merchant in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, who wanders along the road to Kakariko Village. Similarly, the Wandering Merchant named Beedle has this Material for a lower price for players to buy. Beedle shows up at every stable Link travels to, but the items for sale are always random.
Fresh Milk has many uses to make multiple food items from a Cooking Pot that have different effects depending on what Critter players add to the dish.
