In the heart of the Bankhead National Forest in Alabama is the Sipsey Wilderness. As part of the Alabama Triple Crown of Hiking, we did a 21 mile loop in the wilderness. The Alabama Triple Crown is three loops in Alabama which are 20 miles each for three consecutive days.
