“Throughout my life, I have grappled with comprehending and connecting with anger. It has always appeared to me as a superficial shield, concealing underlying issues while acting as a catalyst for profound transformation. The lyrics in the verses directly challenge our inner lion, playfully teasing and taunting its proud essence. Once you know anger and see it for what it is, you are a far more powerful beast… there is no turning back.”
Following her harrowing experience in a plane crash in 2013, anger seemed like a justified response. And Anastasia yearned to feel its fiery grip. Yet it eluded her. Despite her efforts to light that flame, she discovered that strength and understanding offered a far superior approach to the trauma she had endured.

Biography
Anastasia Elliot approaches her entire music career with nothing but the bigger picture in mind. Like a painter standing in front of a canvas, she views everything with a “whole world or nothing” mentality.
One part singer/songwriter and one part visual artist, she cannot feel satisfied until she has created an entire immersive universe for her listeners; casting broad auditory strokes of symphonic power pop/rock, then mixing them harmoniously with mind-bending visuals. Everything is meticulously planned to ensure optimal delivery of her vision. Her upcoming debut album La Petite Mort (Out 8/18) is a 13 song visual album that mixes her incredible vocal stylings and songwriting with 13 unique companion music videos, created completely by Anastasia herself. Additionally, Anastasia is the first indie musician to implement Augmented Reality tech into her merch and live shows creating a never before seen visual experience for fans in attendance and at home.
Anastasia’s way of life, she says, is about finding outlets that allow her to stay open and inspired, that prevent her from ever becoming stuck. The end result of this constant stretching, unfurling, and relentless commitment to expansion can most poignantly be traced in the lyrics for “Bleach,” in which Anastasia sings, “I will never paint you a picture with a scene of obvious fixtures.” Anastasia welcomes you to her world and hopes you enjoy what she has in store for you.
